Frank Fantozzi, CPA, MT, PFS is a CPA with a Master's Degree in Taxation. His resumé includes his start at Arthur Anderson followed by his management of the tax department at a large, local CPA firm. Planned Financial Services is a full-service personal financial planning firm. The majority of our work includes investment management, tax consulting and preparation, and creating life, disability, and long-term care insurance portfolios. We offer a bill paying service (Balancing Act), estate planning services, and we will negotiate mortgages with banks and lending institutions on the behalf of our clients.
